1. Production system

To monitor your performance figures, we can design, implement or enhance a metrics / production system to suit your requirements.

2. Value addition and quality

Often there is great potential for cost reduction within the value chain. Among other tools, we use the metrics of the production system for the analysis. Implementation is based on "lean management and TQM" principles.

3. Material flow

In order to reduce processing time and inventory, we will work out the direction and logistical optimisation of the material flow. This also improves the overall process.
 

4. Layout and factory planning

As a prerequisite for expansion, increasing capacity, modernisation or just material flow optimisation, we will design the new layout for you. We willl assist in the factory planning from initial design to construction.

5. Workshops and training

Sustainability and continuous improvement can only be guaranteed if employees accept the changes. To achieve this, together with your employees we will plan cutomised workshops and conduct training sessions.
